Mudryk joined Tottenham on a season-long loan from Chelsea on September 1, reuniting with Roberto De Zerbi, the coach who once backed him to win the Ballon d'Or at Shakhtar. After a doping case was resolved via the Court of Arbitration for Sport in July, the 25 year old finally made his competitive return last weekend, ending 646 days without a match and earning warm words from De Zerbi alongside a fitness warning.
