Al-Nassr has had a disappointing start to the Saudi Pro League season, and their struggles in the AFC Champions League, where Cristiano Ronaldo plays, have continued.

Details: Cristiano Ronaldo was unable to travel to Iraq for the match against the modest team Al-Shorta due to illness, and without him, Al-Nassr failed to secure all three points.

Sultan Al-Ghanam opened the scoring for Al-Nassr in the 14th minute, but Mohammed Dawood equalized just 10 minutes later.

Despite the presence of stars like Anderson Talisca, Marcelo Brozovic, Otávio, Sadio Mané, and Angelo, Al-Nassr could not clinch the victory.

Reminder: Al-Nassr’s next AFC Champions League match will be against the Qatari club Al-Rayyan.

It was recently reported that Al-Nassr is set to sacked head coach Luís Castro.
