No father vs son clash: Francisco Conceição injured during warm-up

The second semifinal match of the Italian Super Cup between Juventus and Milan is underway, but a disappointing incident occurred just before the game.

Details: Juventus winger Francisco Conceição sustained an injury during warm-up, ruling him out of the matchday squad.

This game could have seen Francisco Conceição face his father, Sérgio Conceição, who recently became the new head coach of Milan.

Previously, Francisco Conceição began his professional career at Porto under the management of his father. While Porto still owns his rights, Juventus is keen on securing a permanent deal for the player.

Reminder: Earlier today, it was reported that Juventus held talks with Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee’s representatives.
