No Barcelona move! Ivan Perisic signs new contract with PSV

It looks like Barcelona will have to turn their attention to another target.

Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, the 36-year-old Croatian has decided to sign a new contract with his current club, PSV Eindhoven.

Previously, there were rumors linking Ivan Perisic with a move to Barcelona, who saw him as a potential replacement for Lamine Yamal, but now that transfer can be considered off the table.

Perisic has extended his deal with the Dutch club until 2027, and PSV is expected to make the announcement official tomorrow.

Ivan joined PSV in September 2024 as a free agent and has already featured in 35 matches, netting 16 goals and providing 11 assists, proving that it’s far too soon to write him off—even at his age.
