Nigerian Coach Sells Victor Osimhen’s Match-Worn Boots for ₦1 Million
Nigerian football coach Olisa Ezeasor has sold a pair of match worn boots gifted to him by Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen for an impressive ₦1 million.
Ezeasor put the boots up for sale just two months after receiving them from Osimhen. The striker last wore the boots when he scored a memorable hat trick for Nigeria during the 2026 World Cup qualifying match against the Benin Republic, making the item especially valuable to fans and collectors.
The boots were purchased by football administrator Fola Olatunji-David for ₦1 million. Ezeasor explained that he decided to sell the boots because he needed funds to support his business.
In a post shared on Saturday, he wrote:
“Officially putting this boot up for sale. Price: One million naira only. Size: 44/45. Money needed to support my personal business.”
Eseasor was gifted the boots in September after he hailed the striker for boosting Nigeria’s 2026 World Cup hopes with a hat-trick against the Benin Republic.
