Nigerian Coach Nurudeen Aweroro Joins Al Hilal Team B as Technical Adviser on Two-Year Deal

Nigerian tactician Nurudeen Aweroro has officially joined Sudanese giants Al Hilal, where he will serve as a technical adviser for the club’s Team B and youth setup.

Aweroro has signed a two-year contract with the Sudanese side, marking a new chapter in his coaching career.

The experienced coach was recently dismissed by Shooting Stars despite guiding the Ibadan-based club to a continental qualification spot during the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

Al Hilal confirmed Aweroro’s appointment in a statement on their social media platforms.

“Nigerian coach Oweroro Nureddin has been appointed Technical Director of our club's reserve and youth teams on a two-year contract.”
