Young Spanish and Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams has suffered an injury and will miss the upcoming matches for "La Furia Roja."
Details: The Spanish national team announced on their official website that Williams will not feature in the two upcoming games. He left the squad after discussions between the medical teams of his club and the national team. His place will be taken by Real Sociedad player Sergio Gomez.
Reminder: Spain's head coach Luis de la Fuente has revealed the squad for the upcoming Nations League matches against Denmark and Serbia. The roster includes four Barcelona players.
Notably, Spain has collected four points in the first two rounds of the Nations League. Their next matches are against Denmark on October 12 and Serbia on October 15.
