Nice will be without Elye Wahi for their Ligue 1 clash with Lens
The Ivorian striker is ruled out of this Matchday 32 fixture scheduled for this Saturday.
This is a major blow for Nice as the league season reaches its final stages. For their home match against RC Lens on 2 May as part of Matchday 32 of the French Ligue 1, OGC Nice will have to do without their striker Elye Wahi.
The Ivorian international sustained a thigh injury during a training session last Thursday. Consequently, he will be unavailable for the match against Lens at the Allianz Riviera. Nice, who are fighting to stay in the top flight of French football, will have to rethink their attacking plans against Lens, who sit second in the league table.
Elye Wahi is a key member of the Nice squad. Since joining the club on loan from Frankfurt this winter, the Ivorian has found the net five times and provided one assist in 12 Ligue 1 matches.
