The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has officially dismissed claims linking Super Eagles head coach Eric Chelle with a move to French Ligue 1 club Olympique de Marseille, according to Nigerian sports outlet BSNSport.
In an exclusive report released on Monday, NFF General Secretary Dr. Mohammed Sanusi addressed the swirling online rumors that suggested Chelle had signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with the Marseille side.
“As far as I know, there is nothing like that. We are not aware of any contract between Chelle and Olympique Marseille,” Sanusi told BSNSport.
