Neymar's domestic worker has filed a lawsuit against him

The former domestic worker of Neymar has taken legal action against the footballer of Al-Hilal, as reported by Get French Football News.

The woman alleges that she worked in the home of the Brazilian footballer in the suburbs of Paris during his tenure with PSG without an employment contract and under extreme conditions. It has been revealed that her working schedule was seven days a week without breaks. Consequently, she is seeking compensation from the Brazilian in the amount of €368,000.

Additionally, the worker was compelled to work two weeks before childbirth. She worked up to 60 hours per week, exceeding labour regulations by 20 hours. The woman received no payment information from Neymar, had no vacation, and did not undergo medical examinations during pregnancy.

The domestic worker's legal representatives had sent a letter to Neymar seeking a financial resolution, but he did not respond. Hence, they have filed a lawsuit with the labour court.

The forward of Saudi's Al-Hilal and the Brazilian national team, Neymar, suffered a gruesome injury during the match against Uruguay in the fourth round of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The official recovery period has not been disclosed, but for similar injuries, it typically ranges from 7 to 10 months. Consequently, Neymar is unlikely to play for the remainder of this season.
