Details: The legendary 55-year-old Brazilian forward Cafu, speaking on the PodPah podcast, declared that he considers 34-year-old Santos winger Neymar to be greater than his former Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi.

Cafu noted that this is merely his personal opinion:
"In my view, Neymar is greater than Messi." - Cafu stated.
On social media, many fans mocked Cafu's statement, accusing him of bias due to Messi being Argentinian and Neymar being Brazilian.
Previously, it was widely believed that Neymar would be Messi's successor at Barcelona and become the main star of the Catalan giants after Leo's departure. However, the Brazilian chose his own path, joining PSG in 2017 for a record €222 million.
