Neymar couldn't help. Santos knocked out of Paulista playoffs

Santos, with Neymar currently on their roster, traveled to face Corinthians in the semifinal match of the Paulista championship.

Neymar did not start, and by the 12th minute, the hosts opened the scoring with an assist from Memphis Depay. However, before the break, the visitors equalized thanks to a precise strike from Tiquinho Soares.

Early in the second half, Corinthians took the lead again with a goal from Garro. Santos tried to claw back, but to no avail. In the 81st minute, the team was reduced to ten men and couldn't recover.

Neymar spent the entire match on the bench and never made it onto the field.
