Newcastle ready to sell Isak – but under one condition
Alexander Isak has been in excellent form for Newcastle, but the club is open to selling him—and the condition for his departure has already been set.
Details: According to Sport.es, the Magpies are willing to sell the Swedish striker if they fail to qualify for the UEFA Champions League. Newcastle has also set a price tag of £83.3 million for Isak.
Currently, four clubs are showing interest in signing him: Barcelona, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea.
Newcastle is seventh in the Premier League standings, with 41 points after 25 matches. They are just three points away from the Champions League zone.
Reminder: Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe has emphasized that Isak’s presence is crucial for both the short-term and long-term ambitions of the club. He stressed the importance of keeping the Swedish striker at St. James’ Park for the foreseeable future.
