The transfer saga of Endrick's move to Real Madrid has finally come to an end. After a year and a half of waiting, the young Brazilian has joined Los Blancos.

Recall that Real Madrid reached an agreement with Palmeiras for the player's transfer back in December 2022. However, due to FIFA regulations, Endrick had to wait until he turned 18 to move to the Spanish capital.

After celebrating his 18th birthday on July 21, Los Blancos officially announced the presentation date, which is today, July 27.

Endrick's presentation took place at the Santiago Bernabéu. Before the event, the player met with Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez, with whom he officially signed the contract.

During the presentation, the club confirmed that Endrick will wear the number 16. We previously mentioned that this number is considered cursed at Real Madrid.

As expected, the young Brazilian will travel with the team on their tour to the USA. He is anticipated to immediately join the team’s lineup.

Endrick expressed that he has no words to describe his feelings, calling his transfer a dream come true.

"I am very happy. Since childhood, I have supported Real Madrid, and from today, I will play for Real Madrid.

I have no words to describe what I feel; I have always wanted to be here. This is a dream come true," Marca quotes him as saying.

And of course, Endrick repeated the now legendary Real Madrid salute, previously used by Cristiano Ronaldo and, more recently, Kylian Mbappe.
