New Orleans NBA player Brandon Ingram sustained a knee injury during a regular season match, as reported by BasketNews.

Early in the third quarter of the game against Orlando, Ingram was defending against Jalen Suggs. However, he awkwardly stepped on his foot and immediately fell to the court, clutching his knee. The basketball player could only leave the court with the assistance of medical staff.

Additionally, as NBA insider Shams Charania reported, Brandon suffered a bruise to his left knee. He will be sidelined for at least two weeks.

At present, the 26-year-old player scored 14 points, made four rebounds, and three assists in the match against Orlando. His season averages stand at 20.9 points, 5.8 assists, and 5.1 rebounds. New Orleans currently holds the 5th position in the Western Conference with a record of 42-27. Their next match is scheduled for the night of March 23rd, away against Miami.

It's worth noting that Houston Rockets player Alperen Sengun suffered a gruesome injury during an NBA match. He landed very awkwardly on the court and potentially sustained two injuries simultaneously.
