English clubs continue to show interest in Al Hilal striker Darwin Núñez.
Details: According to the Daily Briefing, London side Chelsea have set their sights on the Uruguayan forward from Al Hilal. The Blues are exploring the possibility of a loan deal.
Núñez is set to leave Saudi Arabia this summer, and Chelsea have been monitoring the player for quite some time, believing he could be a fantastic option to bolster their attack and strengthen their bench depth.

The only stumbling block remains the striker's hefty wages: Núñez is earning £400,000 a week in Saudi Arabia—a figure that is simply out of reach for the London club.
In the 2025/26 season, Núñez played 24 matches across all competitions, netting 9 goals and providing five assists. He stopped featuring for the club after the arrival of Karim Benzema and due to strict foreign player registration rules in the Saudi league.
