Neither Messi nor Suarez could help. Inter Miami narrowly lost to Los Angeles in the Champions Cup

Early Thursday morning on April 3, Los Angeles hosted Inter Miami in the first quarter-final match of the CONCACAF Champions Cup.
The match was tense but not particularly spectacular. Inter had more possession, yet the hosts posed more threats to the opponent's goal. Nevertheless, none of the shots found the target in the first half.
After the break, Los Angeles found their moment and took the lead. In the 57th minute, Nathan Ordaz struck the back of Inter's net. The "Herons" tried to respond, but neither Messi, Suarez, nor Busquets and Alba could save the match.
In the first quarter-final match of the CONCACAF Champions Cup, Inter Miami lost away to Los Angeles 0-1. The return leg will take place exactly one week later, on April 10, on the "Herons'" home turf.
