Nasser Djiga and Herve Koffi ruled out of Burkina Faso’s squad for the upcoming international break
Their replacements have already been named
Rachid Gnanou and Sofiane Ouedraogo called up as reinforcements.
Burkina Faso will be without two of its players for the upcoming FIFA international break in June. Initially selected for the two international friendlies against Russia and Belarus on 5 and 9 June, Nasser Djiga and Herve Koffi will be unable to make the trip due to injury, the Burkina Faso Football Federation announced in a statement.
The two Burkina Faso internationals have withdrawn. However, Amir Abdou has already found their replacements. Rachid Gnanou replaces Nasser Djiga, whilst Farid Sofiane Ouedraogo takes the place of Herve Koffi Kouakou. Both players will join the squad in Ouagadougou.
