Napoli will attempt to sign Girona's midfielder

Italian club Napoli continues to seek opportunities to strengthen their squad. According to transfer expert Matteo Moretto, Napoli is aiming to acquire Girona midfielder Iván Martín. His contract includes a clause allowing him to move to another club for 12 million euros this summer.

Relevo reports that Napoli may make an offer for Martín in the coming hours, with the player still having two years left on his contract with Girona. If the transfer goes through, Villarreal, the player’s previous club, will receive 30% of the deal amount.

It’s worth noting that Napoli has already signed Alessandro Buongiorno, Leonardo Spinazzola, and Rafa Marín, but they are still in search of several midfielders, a new winger, and are continuing their efforts to sign Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea.
