For a year now, striker Victor Osimhen has been a major headache for Napoli. Last summer, a sale fell through, and he was hastily loaned out to Galatasaray. But after returning from Istanbul, it's clear his stay with the Italian champions will be short-lived.
Details: Insider Fabrizio Romano has reported that Napoli is eager to offload Osimhen as quickly as possible, naming Al Hilal as the leading contender for the Nigerian forward. The Saudi club has already initiated contact with the striker.
Quote: “Osimhen has returned from Galatasaray to Napoli and is now preparing for a new transfer. Al Hilal is making a determined push for the Nigerian after appointing Simone Inzaghi. The striker has already received an offer regarding both his contract and the club’s sporting project. Napoli wants to sell Osimhen as soon as possible. I think this could happen,” Romano said in an interview with Meczyki.
