Napoli preparing substantial offer for Jorge Carrascal

Details: According to the reputable and well-known journalist and insider Ekrem Konur on his page on social network X, Italian side Napoli is preparing an official offer to Flamengo for the 27-year-old Colombian attacking midfielder Jorge Carrascal.

Reports indicate that Napoli is ready to pay around €20 million, considering that a recent offer from French club Marseille was €15 million but was rejected by Flamengo.

In addition to Napoli, English side Wolverhampton are also interested in Carrascal, but the Wolves are considering a loan deal with an option to buy the Colombian midfielder.

Carrascal joined Flamengo from Dynamo Moscow this summer for €12.5 million. He has made 24 appearances for the Brazilian club, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists.

Carrascal's current contract with Flamengo runs until 2029, and his market value is estimated at €9 million by Transfermarkt.
