The legendary manager Antonio Conte is now officially the new head coach of Napoli.
Today, the 54-year-old coach signed a contract with Napoli, which runs until the summer of 2027. According to media reports, Conte will earn 6 million euros per season, making him the highest-paid coach in Serie A.
Napoli is the fourth Serie A club in Conte's managerial career. He has previously managed Inter, Juventus, and Atalanta. Outside of Italy, Conte has managed Chelsea and Tottenham, the latter being his most recent position.
Napoli finished last season in 10th place in Serie A, a significant drop from the previous year, when they were crowned champions of Italy.
It has been reported that the Napoli management will allocate 230 million euros for Conte.
