Napoli defender Alessandro Zanoli is close to transfer to Genoa on loan, as reported by Italian soccer journalist Nicolo Schira.
It is noted that the rental agreement will include the right to fully buy the player.
The 23-year-old right-back played the second half of last season on loan at Salernitana, which left the elite Italian division. As part of the "maroon" defender of the youth team of Italy played 17 matches and gave two assists.
The defender's contract with Napoli runs until June 2026. Transfermarkt estimates Zanoli at five million euros.
Earlier, we reported that the defender of the Italian national team is also close to leaving Napoli. However, the potential transfer fee could be an obstacle.
