Nadal and Tsitsipas advanced to the second round of the 2024 Olympics, not without difficulties

Legendary Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal began his campaign at the Paris Olympics today. The multiple Grand Slam champion struggled to overcome Hungarian tennis player Márton Fucsovics in the first round.
Nadal comfortably took the first set on the Philippe Chatrier court in Paris, conceding only one game to his opponent. In the second set, the Hungarian managed to level the match thanks to two breaks, but he ran out of steam in the third set.
Interestingly, the second round will feature a high-profile match. Nadal will face none other than the equally legendary Novak Djokovic.
Additionally, Greek player Stefanos Tsitsipas also advanced to the second round. He narrowly defeated Belgian Zizou Bergs in three sets, and will next face Britain's Daniel Evans.
