Chelsea and Ukraine winger Mykhailo Mudryk has lost the first legal case against him after proceedings that lasted several months.

Details: According to the Ukrainian outlet TaToTake, the footballer lost a case that had not previously been reported in the media. The dispute was heard by the Ukrainian Football Association's Dispute Resolution Chamber.

Quote: "According to the latest information available to us, there is a case that Mykhailo Mudryk has already lost. This has not previously been reported in the media. It concerns proceedings before the Ukrainian Football Association's Dispute Resolution Chamber, which partially upheld a claim filed by Mudryk's former agent, Oleksii Alokhin, over the non-payment of part of the agent's commission following the player's transfer to Chelsea.

Official confirmation will come at the end of July, when the UAF is expected to publish a press release and official communiqué. However, according to our information, the dispute concerns the final instalment that Mudryk was supposed to transfer. The value of that payment, which never reached the relevant company, is €1.3 million.

All that remains is to wait another week or so. However, it should be noted that this decision can still be appealed, although only before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne," TaToTake reported.

Reminder: Chelsea and Ukraine winger Mykhailo Mudryk recently sparked excitement among fans after posting a new training photo on Instagram.
