"Moving toward the goal" – Maresca on Chelsea's mission to return to the Champions League

Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca has spoken about the club’s objective of securing a return to the UEFA Champions League.

According to the coach, the club’s management has set a two-year target for the Blues to regain their place in Europe’s most prestigious club competition.

Quote: "The club's goal was to be back in the Champions League in two years, not in one.

Don't forget that Chelsea hasn’t finished in the top four for the past two seasons. We are heading in the right direction. We will do everything possible to bring this club back to where it belongs," Fabrizio Romano quotes Maresca as saying.

Recall. Previously, Maresca confirmed that Chelsea’s key forward Nicolas Jackson has suffered a serious injury.
