Manchester United's stadium, Old Trafford, is facing significant hygiene issues, with the culprit being mice.

Details: According to the Daily Mail, hygiene inspectors conducted a review of the iconic Manchester stadium and confirmed evidence of mouse activity. Traces were found in corporate suites on the first floor and in a kiosk selling food to fans.

As a result, inspectors downgraded United’s food hygiene rating from four stars to two, with five being the maximum score. They recommended immediate action to address the issue. The club management is reportedly working with pest control partners and the local council to resolve the problem.

The primary reason for the mouse activity is attributed to the stadium’s location, situated between a canal and a railway line.

Reminder: Manchester United remains mired in crisis, and it’s not limited to their Premier League performances. During Ruben Amorim’s press conference following the loss to Bournemouth, the ceiling began to leak due to heavy rainfall in Manchester at the time.
