Details: According to Ekrem Konur on his social media page X, the Real Madrid management has made initial contact with London’s Arsenal regarding the transfer of 24-year-old Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori.

It is reported that Real had previously reached out to Calafiori’s representatives to discuss the possibility of a move, and now the Galacticos are ready to negotiate directly with Arsenal.

However, considering Calafiori is one of Mikel Arteta’s most important players, pulling off this deal will be far from easy for Real.

This season, Calafiori has played 36 matches for the Gunners, scoring once and providing three assists. His contract with Arsenal runs until 2029, and his current market value is estimated at 55 million euros by Transfermarkt.
