Motta made a special request at Juventus' training base

New Juventus coach Thiago Motta has made extra efforts to ensure that every member of the club’s training center feels important. He decided to learn the names and detailed information about each staff member at Continassa.
Thiago Motta wants everyone at Juventus to address him by name. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the former Bologna coach requested signed photographs of each club employee to memorize their names.
It is estimated that there are around 70-80 members of the non-playing and coaching staff in Turin.
Motta plans to address the medical staff, stadium workers, kit managers, cafeteria staff, and others by name.
Motta previously used this tactic when he started working at Bologna in 2022, and it was reportedly well-received. This is also part of his strategy to create a culture where everyone feels valued, trusted, and respected.
The coach returned to Italy on Sunday after an extended summer vacation and immediately got to work, inspecting the club's facilities and headquarters on Monday.
