More than 100 million Americans will be able to watch today's match between Milan and Parma for free
Today, over 100 million sports fans in the U.S. will be able to watch live as Milan, with Christian Pulisic, seeks its first win of the new Serie A season.
For the first time, the Italian league will be broadcast on network television in the U.S., with organizers hoping to attract a new audience. The match between Milan and Parma will be shown live on CBS and Paramount+, providing around 125 million people with the opportunity to watch it for free.
Notably, Milan is using Pulisic to appeal to American audiences. Pulisic had an impressive first season with Milan last year, scoring 12 goals for the Rossoneri—his best career tally. After a disappointing summer at the Copa America, Pulisic and his U.S. teammate Yunus Musah will look to regain their best form for the club.
