The results of the medical tests are reassuring for the Ivory Coast international.
Ivory Coast can breathe a sigh of relief regarding Wilfried Singo. Having sustained a knee injury during the Elephants’ match against Germany on the second day of the group stage of the 2026 World Cup, the Ivorian defender underwent further medical examinations.
According to a statement from the Ivorian national team, the results of these tests revealed no serious injury. Wilfried Singo will, however, take a few days’ rest and undergo treatment.
