Money against history. Xavi shared his expectations for the showdown with PSG

Barcelona's head coach, Xavi Hernandez, shared his expectations for the showdown with PSG in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.

The Spanish coach considers PSG as the favorite in the tie due to their transfer dealings. However, on the side of the Blaugranas, there is history and trophies.

“We know that Paris Saint-Germain are probably the favourites because of the huge transfers that they made… But remember we have the history by our side with more Champions League trophies. I’m sure we can compete, we will do our best”.

My future? My decision will not change, the club knows that very well. I’m planning to stay at Barça until June 30 and then my idea is to take time to rest”. Xavi said.

The first leg between Barcelona and PSG will take place in Paris on April 10th. The return leg in the Catalan capital is scheduled for April 16th.

Earlier, Xavi also revealed why Barcelona sold the star player to one of their rivals.
