British media reports have revealed an uncertain future for Liverpool stars Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold, as their contracts are set to expire on June 30, 2025, but the club has not yet decided whether to offer new contracts, which has led to a lot of speculation.
According to Team Talk, Liverpool currently doesn't plan to renew the contracts of Salah, Alexander-Arnold, or Van Dijk. The report says Salah and Alexander-Arnold are looking at other offers, suggesting they might leave, while Van Dijk wants to stay at Anfield.
If no resolution is reached, all three players could negotiate free transfers with other clubs as early as January 2025.
Liverpool's main focus right now is their Premier League games, including a match against Southampton on Sunday, November 24, 2024. However, the possible departure of these important players could greatly affect the club's long-term goals.
