Milwaukee's Damian Lillard signs lifetime endorsement deal
Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard has become the fourth active NBA player to secure a lifetime sponsorship deal.
Details: According to insider Shams Charania, Lillard’s previous contract with Adidas expired in the summer of 2024. Since then, his representatives, led by Aaron Goodwin from Goodwin Sports Management, negotiated a new agreement with the German sportswear giant.
As a result, Lillard joins LeBron James and Kevin Durant (Nike) and Stephen Curry (Under Armour/Curry Brand) as the only active NBA players with lifetime shoe endorsement deals. Over his career, Lillard is set to earn over $600 million from player contracts and shoe deals combined.
It’s worth noting that in the early hours of Wednesday, December 18, Lillard and the Milwaukee Bucks claimed the NBA Cup title. They comfortably defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 97–81 to secure the trophy.
Reminder: It was recently revealed whether the Milwaukee Bucks are considering trading Giannis Antetokounmpo this season.
