The Rossoneri are looking to strengthen their defensive line.
Details: According to The Touchline, Italian side Milan is seriously interested in signing 23-year-old Spanish defender Gerard Martin from Barcelona.
It is reported that Milan sees Martin as a long-term and high-quality solution to their midfield problem; however, Barcelona values their player highly and is unwilling to let him go for less than €30 million.
Negotiations between the clubs are expected to begin closer to the start of the summer transfer window.
This season, Gerard Martin has made 32 appearances for the Blaugrana but has yet to contribute with goals or assists. His current contract with Barcelona runs until 2028, and his market value is estimated at €20 million by Transfermarkt.
