Milan sporting director Igli Tare has previously discussed a potential Modrić transfer with the club's owners.
Details: After leaving Real Madrid, 39-year-old Luka Modrić has emerged as a target for Milan.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano on his X page, the Croatian midfielder has caught the serious attention of the Rossoneri’s coaching staff and management. Since the very first day after the season ended, active talks have been underway within the club regarding Modrić’s possible move to San Siro.
In the past season, his final campaign with Los Blancos, Modrić played 57 matches, netted 4 goals and provided 11 assists—a remarkable feat, especially considering the Croatian legend’s age.
Reminder: Bennacer returns to Milan! What’s next?
