AC Milan have only just secured the loan signing of Chelsea forward João Félix, but the Rossoneri are already working on a plan to keep him permanently.
Details: According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan are prepared to sell Rafael Leão and Theo Hernández to generate funds for Félix’s permanent transfer. However, the club's initial plan is to extend his loan from Chelsea with a mandatory purchase option in the summer of 2026.
The expected buyout fee is €40 million plus bonuses. Meanwhile, Milan are no longer insisting on the €175 million price tag that previously deterred many suitors for Leão.
Reminder: It was previously reported that Leão’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is pushing for his client’s move to Barcelona.
