Milan are determined to resist the star's move to Barcelona

Milan have made some high-profile signings in the current transfer window, which could mean that the club could say goodbye to some leaders. Still, the Rossoneri believe otherwise.
Earlier we reported that Barcelona are interested in the services of Milan winger Rafael Leao, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the San Siro have no intention of saying goodbye to the Portuguese at all.
Milan are well aware that the Catalans are not going to make an offer that would be anywhere near the winger's €175 million clause, which can no longer be activated, so there is nothing to worry about.
Jorge Mendes, who was previously thought to have a significant impact on the deal, won't help here either.
Barcelona now need to switch their focus to other targets. Earlier we reported on the Catalan club's interest in the services of Juventus winger Federico Chiesa, and earlier it was reported that the Blaugrana head coach Hansi Flick had requested a transfer for Manchester United player Marcus Rashford.
