Middlesbrough Still Interested in Cheikh Tidiane Sabaly dsports

The Senegalese international Cheikh Tidiane Sabaly remains a target for Middlesbrough. According to sports media reports, the English club is not ready to let go of the Senegalese left winger.

After eight seasons in France with FC Metz, and with his contract expiring on June 30, 2026, Cheikh Tidiane Sabaly wants to explore other options. While other clubs are interested in the 26-year-old, Middlesbrough is said to be in pole position to sign him. Convinced of the potential of the "Lion of Kolda," Middlesbrough could pay the €5 million fee to secure his services.

Given the current situation, FC Metz is forced to find a solution to avoid losing the player at the end of his contract during the next summer transfer window. Indeed, Cheikh Tidiane Sabaly still wants to join England, after a first failed attempt this summer with Middlesbrough.
