Michael Ngadeu Ngadjui has found a new club in China
The Cameroonian international has signed a one-season contract with Chongqing Tonglianglong FC.
Michael Ngadeu Ngadjui joins the newly promoted Chinese first division club after his contract with Beijing Guoan expired. The Cameroonian defender, whose future had been uncertain, will now take on a new challenge in the Chinese Super League.
The terms of his contract were not disclosed when his signing was announced on 7 February 2026. Ngadeu Ngadjui had played for Beijing Guoan since 2023. He played 90 matches, scoring six goals and providing three assists before leaving.
The 2017 African champion, who made his debut at Canon Yaounde, arrives at Chongqing Tonglianglong FC with a wealth of experience gained over the years. He played for several European clubs before joining the Chinese league in 2023.
