Marcus Jordan, son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, has addressed his recent arrest for DUI and drug possession, posting a statement on his Instagram page days after the incident.
Jordan wrote that he does not intend to discuss his personal life and will not comment on the latest news surrounding him. Instead, he stated that he is focusing on his store, The Trophy Room, and thanked his supporters for their concern and understanding.
Jordan was arrested in Florida after police found his car stuck on railroad tracks. Officers became suspicious of his behavior while attempting to remove the vehicle, leading to his detention and a subsequent search. During the search, authorities discovered a small bag containing a white substance, later identified as cocaine.

During the arrest, Jordan reportedly mentioned his father’s name in an attempt to influence the situation, but it had no effect. He also resisted being taken into custody.
Despite the circumstances, Jordan was released a few hours later without further incident.
