Messi told why he did not return to Barcelona

Lionel Messi has explained why he decided to move to Inter Miami rather than return to Barcelona.

According to the Argentine, there were people at the Catalan club who did not want him back.

"I knew who really wanted my comeback and spoke out about it publicly," he said.

Recall that Messi's contract with PSG expired this summer. He moved to Inter Miami on a free agent basis.
