Messi maintains his lead. Top 10 most expensive footballers in MLS

Yesterday, a renowned German portal updated the prices of Major League Soccer (MLS) players, as a new regular season began several weeks ago.

As expected, despite his advanced age, the most expensive MLS player remains the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi. Interestingly, Messi's value has dropped from 35 million euros to 30 million euros.

The second most expensive player is another World Cup champion, Thiago Almada from Atlanta United, valued at 17 million euros. Following him is Orlando City's winger Facundo Torres in third place with a value of 14 million euros.
