Medvedev throws racket again during Aus Open and lashes out at fan in the stands
In the second-round match of the Australian Open, Daniil Medvedev faced American Lerner Tien. The match is proving challenging for the Russian player, and his frustration is evident in his behavior.
Details: According to LiveResult.Ru on Twitter, during the first set, Medvedev responded aggressively to a fan in the stands, saying: "You’ll be s**king [on me] now."
However, he went on to lose the first set. In the second set, he threw his racket at a sponsor board. The organizers took notice and issued him a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Reminder: In his previous match, Medvedev was also involved in an unusual incident. During a rally, the ball hit the net and dropped onto his side of the court. The episode enraged the athlete to the point that he approached the net and aggressively hit it with his racket. In the process, Medvedev broke a camera mounted on the net.
