Real Madrid thrashed Monaco in the seventh round of the UEFA Champions League, and Kylian Mbappé made a decisive contribution, continuing to deliver outstanding performances in the competition.
Details: According to WhoScored, the French forward leads the UEFA Champions League in the number of key passes. Mbappé is also the tournament’s top striker with 11 goals to his name.
The Frenchman has scored 11 goals in six rounds of the UEFA Champions League. Cristiano Ronaldo achieved the same feat in the 2015/16 season, and now Mbappé has joined him.
Mbappé has also become the fourth player to score ten or more goals for Real Madrid in a single UEFA Champions League season. It is also the first time he has reached double figures in goals in one season.
