Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappé delivered an emotional response following the club’s defeat in El Clásico. He shared a heartfelt message for the fans on his Instagram page.
The Frenchman posted a photo of himself, captioned: "Painful, but we will come back. Hala Madrid!" With these words, the striker emphasized that, despite the painful loss, the Madrid side will keep fighting and return even stronger next season.
As a reminder, Los Blancos fell short in the recent Clásico, losing 4-3 despite a stunning hat-trick from Mbappé. This defeat has all but ended Real’s hopes of claiming the La Liga title. Now, Barcelona need only win their next match to officially secure the championship.
It’s also worth noting that Mbappé’s hat-trick against Barcelona set a new club record for goals scored in a debut season. He now has 38 goals to his name, surpassing the mark set by Chilean striker Iván Zamorano, who netted 37 times in his first season at Real Madrid back in 1993.
