If Kylian Mbappé decides to make the move to Real Madrid, he will reportedly have to accept a salary reduction, according to Marca.

Sources indicate that the Spanish club recently held successful negotiations with representatives of the French striker. However, to finalize the transfer deal to the Spanish club, Mbappé will have to forgo a portion of the salary he currently receives at PSG.

Real Madrid aims to maintain the financial stability of the club, and, therefore, they are unwilling to match Mbappé's current salary at the Parisian club. They plan to offer the 25-year-old striker a wage closer to that of Jude Bellingham and Vinícius Júnior. Jude currently earns less than what English Premier League clubs had offered him.

It's worth noting that Vinícius and Bellingham's annual salaries are approximately 10-12 million euros. Mbappé receives around 70 million euros annually at PSG. However, Real Madrid is prepared to offer the Frenchman 60 million euros per year along with certain image rights. These image rights could be worth several tens of millions of euros annually.
