Brother of Cameroonian international Christian Bassogog, Maxime Bassogog will once again play in Cameroon's top professional football league. The player has signed a one-season contract.
He has experience in Cameroon's top flight, having previously played for Union Douala. Bassogog will strengthen Panthere Nde's attack, one week after the start of the 2025-26 Elite One season.
The 23-year-old has also gained experience outside Africa. He played for MFK Vyškov in the Czech Republic after leaving Union Douala in 2022.
