Icardi has already returned to training with the squad after recovering from an injury that sidelined him for over six months, and he is now gearing up for the new season. Before his injury in November, the Argentine made 14 appearances for Galatasaray across all competitions, netting six goals and providing two assists.
Even in Icardi’s absence, Galatasaray maintained their championship momentum, clinching both the league title and the Turkish Cup. Victor Osimhen emerged as one of the key figures in this triumphant campaign.
