Tomorrow night in Las Vegas, USA, the UFC on ESPN 55 tournament, also known as UFC Vegas 91, will take place. Following the milestone UFC 300 event, there was a two-week hiatus, but mixed martial arts are making a comeback.

The main event of the tournament will be a non-title bout in the bantamweight division (up to 56.7 kg) between Brazilian Mateus Nicolau and former title contender from the USA, Alex Perez.

Mateus Nicolau was supposed to face Manel Kape back in January, but their fight was postponed to the upcoming tournament, and then it was canceled altogether, with Nicolau being assigned a different opponent. Kape's last fight took place over a year ago. In mid-April last year, he faced Brandon Royval and was knocked out in the first round.

Alex Perez has already had a fight this year. He fought Muhammad Mokaev in early March and lost to him by decision. Last year, he had no official fights, and prior to that, he fought in the summer of 2022.

The co-main event will take place in the light heavyweight division (up to 93 kg), where American Ryan Spann will face Bogdan Gusarov from Uzbekistan.

In total, thirteen fights are planned for the upcoming event, and Dailysports has prepared the full card for you.
